Refund Policy
We want you to love StudiiAI. If it isn't a fit, we'll refund your first payment within 7 days — no awkward questions.
On any first-time paid subscription (Pro or Premium, monthly or annual), request a full refund within 7 days of payment and we'll process it within 5–7 business days.
1. Eligibility
- First-time subscribers to Pro or Premium.
- Refund request raised within 7 calendar days of the original charge.
- Account in good standing (no fraud or abuse flags).
2. Not eligible
- Renewal charges (after the first billing cycle).
- Requests received after 7 days from the charge date.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- One-time add-ons or referral credits.
3. How to request a refund
- Email billing@studiiai.com from your registered email.
- Include the subject line “Refund request” and your order/transaction ID.
- Optionally tell us what didn't work — feedback helps us improve.

4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 business days. Banks and UPI providers may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the credit in your account.
4a. Digital service — no shipping
StudiiAI is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery delays, or return logistics involved. Access to your plan is granted instantly upon successful payment.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel auto-renewal any time from Account → Billing or by emailing billing@studiiai.com. Cancelling stops the next charge — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
6. Disputes
If you have an issue we couldn't resolve, please contact us before raising a chargeback — we're a small team and we'll always try to make it right.
